Anne-Claire Freyd graduated in International Project Management from Strasbourg University (France) and has a Master’s degree from Strasbourg IEP (Institute of Political Studies). Anne-Claire joined CSTB (French Scientific and Technical Centre for Building) in 2011. Focused on the topic of sustainable buildings, districts and cities, Anne-Claire works as Marketing Project Manager in the Marketing and International Development Directorate and is working closely with the Secretary General of the Sustainable Building Alliance.
Cesar U. Trevino
Founding President of Mexico Green Building Council and Ex-Secretary to the World Green Building Council. Engaged in the development of key domestic policies to note the emerging National Norm for Sustainable Buildings and other international initiatives, i.e. NAFTA's Green Building Program. As practitioner, has led milestone green building projects, including the first LEED-NC Gold & LEED-NC Platinum certified buildings in Latin America. Collaborating as expert consultant for large transnational companies, Federal and State governments in Mexico and other international agencies, such as UNEP.

Ele foi nomeado para liderar o TEEB em 2008 pela Comissão da União Europeia e da Alemanha, enquanto trabalhava em tempo integral no Deutsche Bank. No Deutsche Bank, Pavan fundou e chefiou o Centro de Mercados Globais - Mumbai, uma empresa de vanguarda.
Stellan Fryxell
Stellan Fryxell is a partner in Tengbom architects, Sweden and working with urban design, urban planning and building design. Stellan Fryxell has among other things worked on the Hammarby Sjöstad project since 1997 in master planning, design guidelines, coordination and urban management, environmental program, infrastructure, following-up etc. Stellan is or has also been working and in Oslo, Riga, London, Dublin, Ostrava, Shanghai, Chongqing, Huludao, Wuxi (MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards 2011, Winner Big Urban Projects; Taihu Sino Swedish Eco-City), Saint Petersburg, and Xi'an. Stellan is representing the Swedish Federation of Consulting Engineers and Architects in European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations' Sustainable Development Task Force 2010 - 11 and is a member of University College London?s steering committee on Urban Energy Systems.

Stéphane POUFFARY has been working in the international cooperation field since more than 25 years. Stéphane is the founder, President and General Director of ENERGIES 2050. Stéphane fields of activities are: climate change, sustainable development, renewable energies, energy efficiency, building and construction sectors, cities and territorial challenges, governance and behavioural changes.
Stéphane Pouffary has been working in the international cooperation field since more than 25 years. Stéphane is the Chief Executive Officer, Founder Honorary President of ENERGIES 2050, an international non-governmental organisation which provides advice on sustainable development, climate change and energy issues and intends to replace an approach consistent with the principles of eco-development in the heart of citizen's action by, among other, promoting energy management and renewable energies development.
Stéphane is also conducting researches on links between Climate change, energy issues and citizen's behavioural changes at the Ethnology and Anthropology Laboratory of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis. Among his other positions, Stéphane has worked until July 2010 and during ten years at ADEME, the French Environment and Energy Management Agency as Head of the International Expertise in Energy Management Unit within the Renewable Energies, Energy Networks and Markets Division. In addition, these last years, Stéphane was also involved in different International Non-Governmental Organisations as elected board member and Executive Director.
Stéphane Pouffary has designed, conducted and implemented a significant number of multi-partners international projects in numerous countries on behalf of several international institutions and numerous international networks. He was among other a founding member of UNEP's Sustainable Buildings and Climate Initiative (SBCI). He has been involved as Chairman of the Climate Change Think Tank until 2010 and has been associated with the production of numerous SBCI publications and related advocacy and position papers.
Lastly, Stéphane is doing numerous lectures in several French and international Universities, Engineer schools and professional courses.
